It’s been a busy weekend filming weddings in London, Nottingham and Northampton. From amazing sunsets to the appearance of Britain’s Got Talent Julian Smith at the wedding of Laura + Peter in Wollaston, Northants. Laura and Peter’s day was very fast moving with Bride and Groom Preparations to begin with to filming at All Saints Church in Earls Barton, Northampton. Then it was back to Wollaston House for the Wedding Breakfast which started with the speeches and ended with Julian Smith entering the room to play for the couple. Laura’s face was classic as he walked into the room!!! She had no idea that her mum and dad had arranged for him to come and play at her wedding.
What a moment to remember for Laura + Peter to remember!! It will make a great addition to their wedding video. Anyway, I know your holidaying in Dubai at the moment but I thought it would be nice to give you and your friends an opportunity to watch your first dance again. Here’s the first part of Rachel + Luke’s wedding video highlights which Beautiful Life filmed at the Tythe Barn, Bicester in Oxfordshire. It was a great day even though it rained all day. I had the opportunity to get outside and film some nice Bride and Groom time late afternoon after the ground had dried. I got some really beautiful shots of them walking through the garden together which added some great sections to their wedding DVD. The 14th Century stone Barn and cottage which was set in the Oxfordshire countryside was a beautiful venue to film at.

Love your work. great wedding video
Arrived today to film a corporate event at the Annual BMF Members day at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel in Coventry. The event was aimed at business owners and Senior management within the construction industry giving them the opportunity to discuss issues that they are facing. There were a number of keynote speakers and breakout Group discussions, interviews and award ceremonies. Keynote speeches centred on the renewables market and developments within the construction industry.
A 3 min video will be produced by Beautiful Life for use in promoting BMF’s future meetings to it’s clients.

Late Monday afternoon I was asked if I could Film the Kando Business Coaching Seminars in Nottingham at the Park Plaza Hotel. I only had a few hours notice but luckily had some charged batteries even though had had filmed two weddings over the weekend. The filming was to be transferred to DVD to be used as a demo DVD for potential Clients. I was asked if this could be done within 48 hours. It was a great evening and Rudy and Fiona Jansen communicated their passion for coaching individuals and helping business’s to grow and develop in these hard times. They shared many stories of success and shared some key elements on how this can be achieved followed by a brief explanation of the services they can offer those wanting to be more successful in business.
After filming I travelled back to Loughborough had a few Redbull’s and started editing and finished the project within the required time and as promised. Alison and Rudy gave me a great testimonial which I have posted below and I appreciated the opportunity to work with them.

My wife Joy deals with all the Photography side of our business. She’s very excited (understatement) today as one of her pictures from “Nike’s D-Clash Crew” photography session (shot in London) has a big feature in the “Health & Fitness” magazine. First thing this morning she hurried off to Tesco’s to get a copy and was in awe as she opened the magazine to find a double page spread of her Stella McGowan photograph.The D-Clash Crew were created by Nike in a search to find London’s best female freestyle dance talents. Joy got some great photographs on the streets and the group were so good at posing. They are now recognised as one of the UK’s most powerful dance groups.
So I thought I would upload it here so that her 5 mins of fame lasts a little longer. Congats Joy!!! Now have have a cup of tea and some chocolate, calm down and catch up with some editing.

Here’s the first part of Rownena and Ash’s Wedding Video which took place in London at “The Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn” It was nice having the opportunity to pick the music for the couple and I am very happy with the final cut. Music is so important as it shapes the pace and flow of the wedding film. The making of their wedding DVD started at the Darke Pub in London and finished with the couple exiting via Horse and Carriage down a beautifully lit tunnel at the end of the day. Very romantic!!! Congratulations to you both.

It was great to film at the Birmingham Town Hall for Thomas Spencer Wortley last week. This was a 4 camera shoot where we had the challenge of developing a short promotional video from the Live Event to send to venues globally to promote Thomas and his singing. We are really happy with the finished piece and love some of the angles we managed to get. I have worked with Thomas a number of times and really thrilled to see how his career as a singer has grown over recent months. He has just released his new album Credere which you can buy online.
