Thomas Spencer -Wortley’s ‘Celebrate Christmas’ concert took place at Birmingham Town Hall. The stage looked fantastic and the lighting design was spectacular, with my passion for textiles I couldn’t resist a few shots of the ceiling which constantly changed throughout the show. Thomas performed favourites from his album ‘Credere’ along with lots of new material including the song ‘My Love’ written by his brother Oliver.

Thomas was joined on stage by guests ‘All Angels’ who performed ‘I’ll Fly Away’ from their new album. Thomas also performed with Mairead Carlin and Natalie Hope. ’Midnight Strings’ changed into gorgeous red dresses and opened the second half.

‘Camilla Kerslake‘ who was recently signed by Gary Barlow of Take That, was Thomas’s surprise guest. Camilla performed her debut single ‘How can i Keep from Singing’ which you will of heard this Christmas as it is the soundtrack for The Waitrose Christmas Advert.
It was a great night, very Christmassy ending with the audience getting to their feet to join in “O come all ye Faithful’.
More photo’s will hopefully be posted soon I’m just waiting on approval from the artists involved.
