You may remember this couple from their save the date video and pre-wedding shoot. I don’t think I’ve seen a bride quite so chilled on the morning of her wedding. With four sisters and her maid of honour it was girly mayhem back at the house with makeup, dresses and shoes everywhere. There was a near disaster when megan’s dad ran over the hairspray with the car but it still worked! One very romantic and special day – congratulations!!!
Just loved the choice of wedding car, brilliant!
We had to have a photo in the bandstand, this is where Matt proposed to Megan. He strung the bandstand with fairy lights and when it went dark he helped Megan over the fence (a bit naughty but very romantic!) and got down on one knee!! (this should be the standard girls don’t settle for anything less!)
Even the confetti was creative, pink on the girls side, blue on the boys.

Matt and Megan wanted to go for an urban location for their wedding photographs, It was great fun and really different.
The first wedding I’ve ever been to with a tug of war!
The details had a shabby chic theme, home made and rustic. There were little tea lights in tin holders and simple flowers and sweets in old jars, really creative.
Matt and Megan had a room full of props where guests could go and have their pictures taken – great fun.
A really fun day.

I remember seeing the save the date video when browsing the site last year and thought it was a really great/quirky idea. Love how it’s carried on with the urban/industrial look photos and props for the guests. Very different and worked really well. Well done Shaun & Joy. Congrats Megan & Matt, Komodo Fireworks.
